La mayoría de los comentarios destacan una buena química entre Eddie Brock, interpretado por Tom Hardy, y Venom, tal y como ocurrió en la cinta de 2018, otros destacaron la participación de los nuevos personajes. ¡Checa las primeras impresiones de esta historia!
German Lussier, del sitio Gizmodo, dijo: “Cuando se trata de ‘Venom: Let there be carnage’,es simple. ¿Te gustó la primera? Te gustará esta. ¿No te gustó la primera? Así es como te sentirás aquí. Es la versión más grande y rápida de la primera película que disfruté y me olvidé al instante. Divertida, frívola”, dijo.

Mientras que Mike Ryan de Uproxx, añadió: “Dios mío, estas películas son TAN estúpidas y no puedo evitar cuánto las disfruto, podría ver 10 películas más de Eddie y Venom llamándose perdedores. Hay una escena en la que Eddie y Venom están juntos en la playa y ven la puesta del sol. Espero que Eddie y Venom nunca conozcan a Spider-Man”.

Screen Rant no se quedó atrás y Molly Freeman expresó que la cinta “tiene algunos momentos realmente entretenidos y encantadores, especialmente entre Eddie y Venom que sigue siendo una dinámica muy divertida, pero la película se pierde un poco en Carnage. Hay demasiadas ideas y la película simplemente atraviesa el desastre hasta el final”.
