As of March 31, 2012, our consolidated long-term portion of debt amounted to Ps.52, 672 million, and our consolidated current portion of debt was Ps.1, 170 million.

Additionally, as of March 31, 2012, our long-term and current portions of a capital lease obligation totaled Ps.190.6 million and Ps.327.3 million, respectively.

Our average duration of debt, as of March 31, 2012, was of 13.2 years.
