The logo of Grupo Televisa comes from the original 1973 design of architect Pedro Ramírez Vázquez. It represents the eye of a man looking at the world through a television screen.
On January 2001, it was redesigned to make it more modern without losing the spirit of the company.
-The center of the logo is a solid sphere. It represents contemporary global tendencies in which television helps shorten distances and erase the frontiers the separate human beings.
-It transmits happiness and fun, flexibility and strength, essence and vision. Above all, it reflects Televisa's outlook.
-It has eight lines and still keeps the original yellow and orange corporate colors that contrast with a dark blue hue.
