Televisa's successful Artistic Studies' Center forms the company's actors, and provides 85% of the artistic talent of Televisa's original productions. The Center was founded in 1978. Eugenio Cobo has been directing the Center since 1987.

The curriculum lasts 3 years, with the following time-table: Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 20:00. There are no tuition charges for its students.

The Acting Program includes the following subjects:

-Acting Studies: Acting, Theater Workshop, Verbal Expression, TV Workshop,

-Verbal Interpretation, Auditions and History of Acting.

-Physical Studies: Ballet, Jazz, Dancing Styles, Tai Chi and Body Language.

-Theoretical and Cultural Studies: Text Analysis, Psychology, Film Analysis, Make- up, Character Development and Potrayal.
